TICC has an annual membership meeting in July plus Board meetings on the first Saturday of each month. See the TICC Calendar for the meeting schedule. Meetings are open to all members. A notice is posted next to the traffic signal by the bridge.

The seven members of the Board of Trustees are elected for 3-year terms at the annual membership meeting. Each Board member has an area of responsibility for managing the Club's assets.

At the 2011 annual membership meeting, Linda Pryor and Ken Sanberg were reelected to full terms. In July 2011, before the meeting, Beach Commissioner Gary Longmire resigned from the Board. That position is vacant. Board members for 2011-2012:
