TICC has an annual membership meeting in July plus Board meetings on the first Saturday of each month. See the TICC Calendar for the meeting schedule. Meetings are open to all members. A notice is posted next to the traffic signal by the bridge.

The seven members of the Board of Trustees are elected for 3-year terms at the annual membership meeting. Each Board member has an area of responsibility for managing the Club's assets.

At the 2010 annual membership meeting, Gary Longmire, Rich Harder, and Larry Grumme were elected to full terms. In July, before the meeting, Water Commissioner Daryl Axelson resigned from the Board. That position is currently vacant. Board members for 2010-2011:
