TICC has an annual membership meeting in July plus Board meetings on the first Saturday of each month. See the TICC Calendar for the meeting schedule. Meetings are open to all members. A notice is posted next to the traffic signal by the bridge.

The seven members of the Board of Trustees are elected for 3-year terms at the annual membership meeting. Each Board member has an area of responsibility for managing the Club's assets.

At the 2009 annual membership meeting, Mike Croke and Roger Hansen were elected to full terms. Subsequently, Gary Longmire, Rocky Brown, and Dan Poole were appointed to fill vacancies on the Board. In October 2009 Rocky Brown resigned and Larry Grumme was appointed as her replacement. Board members for 2009-2010:
