the barnacles and mussels off the bridge understructure in preparation
for its July 2005 inspection. See below for before and after photos of
the pilings and the Taylor crew at work.

and tops of the timber piles (April 2006). The under-bridge inspection
vehicle, called an articulated boom truck, is rare---there are ony a
