Incorporation, Bylaws, and Plat Restrictions

Note   In 2009 the Articles of Incorporation were amended and the Bylaws were revised. The changes were approved by the membership at the annual membership meeting held August 1, 2009. The Articles of Incorporation were amended in February and March 2011 as part of the bridge financing process.
