About Treasure Island

Treasure Island is located in Puget Sound's Case Inlet near Grapeview in Mason County, Washington. A one-lane bridge connects the island with the mainland. Treasure Island is open to members of the Treasure Island Country Club and their guests.

There are roughly 250 building lots on the 86-acre island. The lots are owned by a mix of year-round and summer residents, all of whom are members of the Treasure Island Country Club. The Club owns the island's bridge, water system, roads, and dock. The TICC Board manages the Club's assets for the benefit of all island property owners.

Minutes of recent board meetings, a calendar, the newsletter, and the original Pope & Talbot marketing brochure are available online. The Club observed its 50th anniversary in 2004.
