• Approve $245 per lot annual Dues Increase effective January, 2010, for the Asset Replacement Fund.

                        PASSED         154 YES     18 NO

           

• Approve expenses not to exceed a total of $225,000.00 payable from the Asset Replacement Fund for Phase I of the Bridge Replacement Project.

                        PASSED         146 YES     26 NO

 

Approval for amendments to the Bylaws that would replace proxy voting with absentee ballots required approval by 2/3’s of the quorum – 113 Yes votes.  Neither the petitioned amendment nor the alternative amendment received enough affirmative votes to pass.  Therefore, there will be no change to the Bylaws.

 

• Approve amendment to Bylaws, Article 3, as petitioned.
