Treasure Island County Club, Inc. (TICC) Board of Trustees Policy No: 005-2008 Website Policies Purpose: It is the intent of the TICC Board of Trustees to establish an official TICC website along with guidelines to provide information about our Homeowners Association. This website is available on the World Wide Web. Policy: The TICC President, Secretary and Webmaster shall be the only parties to possess the password to the TICC website and are forbidden from disclosing it without the prior permission of the board. Only material that has been approved by the TICC Board may be posted on the website. Only links approved by the TICC Board may be posted to the website. All email traffic obtained through the website must be kept by the Secretary. The Webmaster must post board directed postings in a reasonable time.
