Treasure Island County Club, Inc. (TICC) Board of Trustees Policy No: 003-2008 Pre-Approval of Maintenance Equipment Repair Purpose: The Treasure Island Country Club, Inc. owns equipment that is needed in order to maintain the assets of the Club. Situations arise that require the need to expedite repairs to the maintenance equipment. Policy: It is the Board of Trustee’s intent to give pre-approval for repairs needed for maintenance equipment owned by the Treasure Island Country Club, Inc. such as, but not limited to, weed eaters, portable generators, lawnmowers, chipper, etc. To eliminate the need to call a special meeting of the Board of Trustees to authorize the repairs, or to wait until the next regularly scheduled meeting to repair the item, causing delays in maintaining the island assets, the Board of Trustees authorizes the repair, not to exceed $500.00, to be performed with the approval of two board members.
