Right of Way Use and Maintenance

Purpose:

To clarify the Treasure Island Road right of way use and maintenance

Policy:

No member, resident or other person shall, without the approval of the Board in writing:

   Construct or install any improvements on the TICC owned property;

   Alter, modify or remove any improvements situated on the TICC property;

   Remove, add to or modify any plants, trees, rockery or other landscaping improvements on the TICC owned property; or

   Obstruct or interfere with the TICC in the performance of the TICC’s maintenance, repair, replacement or improvement of the TICC owned property.

The TICC right of way is not to be confused with easements owned by relevant property owners, granted to the Association for general purposes.
