Pouring Piers 14, 15, and 16

On Monday, February 6th, the last of the pile caps for Piers 14, 15, and 16 were poured. The bridge was closed at 8:30 am and the pump truck was in position at 8:45 am. The bridge was opened back up to traffic by 3:45 pm.
